Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in both the General Nursing and Dementia Nursing communities. Your key duties will include:
Assessing and monitoring the healthcare needs of residents, providing direct nursing care as needed.
Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines.
Administering medications safely and in accordance with company procedures and NMC standards.
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all dealings with clients, their families, and their finances.
Skills & Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC Pin
Previous experience in general nursing or dementia care is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact in people's lives
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
