As a Nurse, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their personal care needs are met.

• Administer medication and treatments in line with guidelines.
\n
• Assess and review residents' care needs and maintain detailed care plans.
\n
• Provide health supervision and direct nursing care as required.
\n
• Support and mentor new staff members, offering guidance and training.
\n
• Maintain confidentiality and represent the care home professionally.
\n
• Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
