An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Annesley, Nottinghamshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Providing high quality care in acute wards, low and medium secure wards, with patients suffering from Personality Disorders and Enduring Mental Illness; and acute episodes of illness
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
• Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
• Promoting professional development within the team

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Desire and motivation to work within a PICU Service
• If you are motivated, flexible and ready to take on a new challenge
• Would like to work as part of an established hospital, with a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provide a clear pathway for the patients in our care.
• Focused on patient centred care.
• Have a commitment to developing and delivering high quality care
• Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision making skills

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £31,500 - £44,648 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
