Are you an experienced Registered Staff Nurse looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a dedicated nurse to join their surgical ward at a top-rated private hospital in Nottingham. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000, depending on experience, plus enhancements. This is a CQC Outstanding rated private hospital in Nottinghamshire. They are committed to delivering exceptional individual care from the first patient contact until after treatment is complete. The state-of-the-art hospital features 42 private ensuite rooms, 4 theatres including a hybrid theatre, and a range of advanced medical facilities.
As a Registered Staff Nurse on the surgical ward, you will:
Assess patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
Assist in delivering care to meet patients' needs.
Promote best practices and contribute towards quality improvements.
Collect, collate, and organise data, making justifiable assessments.
Provide post-surgical care to patients.
Take patients through their full hospital stay from admittance to discharge.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Staff Nurse role will:
Be NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions on your pin.
Have a minimum of 12 months post-registration experience.
