Key Responsibilities
�**Patient Care:**

� - Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents

� - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

� - Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
�**Clinical Duties:**

� - Develop and implement individualized care plans

� - Perform diagnostic tests and assess results

� - Provide wound care and manage chronic conditions.
�**Team Collaboration:**

� - Work in concert with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

� - Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans and medical concerns.



**Regulatory Compliance:**

� - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

� - Adhere to all nursing home policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
**Required:**

� - Fully qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Pin

� - Minimum of�2 years of experience in a similar role

� - Excellent clinical and caregiving skills.



**Preferred:**

� - Experience in a nursing home or geriatric care setting

� - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

� - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
