As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing kind care to residents.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Practising in a nurse-led environment to develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
• Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students.
• Advocating and delivering person-centred care.
• Recognising and responding to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number.
• Have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Be able to recognise and respond to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
