To support their advocacy for members and the wider metal industry, we are looking for an enthusiastic Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their committed team.As a Regulatory Manager, you will:Oversee, advise, and coordinate chemical management activities across various global jurisdictions.Provide the Chemicals Management team with relevant data and responses to regulatory inquiries.Support the Government and Public Affairs team with insights on new regulatory policy proposals and schemes.Actively participate in internal meetings with members and industry umbrella groups.Offer expert guidance on global chemicals management legislation.Work collaboratively with team members to address regulatory requests and policy proposals.Represent the organization in external meetings with industry groups.Aid in the development and execution of strategic initiatives related to chemicals management.ProfileRelevant Degree in Scientific discipline relatable to the field (Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Biology ...etc)In-depth knowledge of global chemicals management legislation, with a focus on EU REACH and EU CLP.Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in industry, trade associations, consultancy, or regulatory authorities.Proven experience in managing projects involving global regulatory topics.Knowledge of chemicals management legislation in multiple jurisdictions is beneficial.Familiarity with transport, waste, or product regulation is advantageous.You will benefit from a very attractive package, with a generous holiday allowance and medical care coverage, along with industry leading pension and life insurance contributionInterested?
