You will be the guardian of their regulatory framework, ensuring that their properties adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Establish, update, and enforce company-wide compliance policies, ensuring all operations meet the highest standards.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks, establishing effective controls and monitoring systems to safeguard the business.
Lead compliance training initiatives to ensure all employees understand and adhere to relevant regulations and policies.
Oversee internal audits and compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with senior management and regulatory bodies.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively updating our compliance practices to maintain our leadership position.
A proven track record in a senior compliance role, ideally within the real estate, finance, or related industries.
Ability to develop and execute long-term compliance strategies that align with business goals.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
