We are recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Support person to join a globally leading client in the Loughborough area. Our client provides a broad range of chemicals and solutions supporting virtually every laboratory application, from research to drug discovery and development to manufacturing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our clients Product Compliance teams, primarily analysing product data from multiple sites and working with purchasing to obtain supplier compliance statements.

This is a full time, onsite, 37.5 hrs per week, 3 month contract opportunity with an immediate start!

(Possibility of further extension, remote & hybrid applications will be considered).

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of product data
  • Review of product compliance against pre-set criteria
  • ERP system updates and data management
  • Interaction with key stakeholders such as purchasing
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Effective collaboration and co-ordination of activities with fellow team members

Experience:

  • Strong IT skills relating to data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly and effectively in person, over the phone, on remote meetings and in writing
  • Able to connect with all levels within the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to remain calm, professional and positive
  • Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment with moderated supervision
  • Highly motivated, possessing strong organisational skills and able to prioritise multiple activities concurrently

Preferable: (Not essential as IT skills are the most important skill required)

  • BS degree in a scientific discipline
  • Strong experience of working in a scientific environment
  • Experience of ERP systems would be advantageous
