Regulatory and Export Control Officer

You will be critical to ensuring this world leader in computer, power and communication technology adheres to all relevant UK Legal and Regulatory requirements. Tailoring products for the harshest environments imaginable, from underwater to the edge of space, you will be joining a global business who have grown significantly in recent times, based out of their state of the art HQ in Redditch.
You will monitor, interpret and communicate any changes in the UK, European and R.O.W Legal landscape that may impact operations, working alongside cross-functional teams, including legal, supply chain and quality. Additional to this, you will manage and oversee the import/export of controlled goods, including Military List, Dual-use and ITAR classified products.
What are they looking for?

• significant experience in regulatory compliance and export control
• Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Regulatory Affairs, International Business, Engineering)
• SC clearance� - essential
• Beneficial, not essential: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Export Specialist
