At #TropicanaBrandsGroup we are passionate about nourishing & delighting our consumers, one sip at a time!We are currently recruiting for a highly qualified Regulatory and Nutrition Specialist for a Fixed term contract of 6 months !Some responsibilities include ensuring compliance of ingredients, formulas, claims and labelling for several beverage brands within TBG’s portfolio, playing a pivotal role in the innovation and launch process. You will have the opportunity to interact regularly with other functions including but not limited to product development, marketing, purchasing, and legal.This is a great opportunity to play an important role at an exciting time in our journey.In this role, you will have key Accountabilities :1.Legal Labelling Information:Create robust and accurate legal labelling information for all Tropicana Branded products across different European markets.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to food labelling. 2.Product Marketing Copy Validation:Review and validate product marketing copy to ensure legal compliance.Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging with regulatory requirements. 3.Artwork Approvals:Manage and approval process for product artwork using our artwork approval tool.Ensure that all relevant checks are completed accurately.Approve product artwork against legal labelling and marketing copy briefs.Maintain consistency and accuracy in branding across all packaging materials. 4.Competitor Benchmarking:Conduct competitor benchmarking to guide New Product Development (NPD) and marketing efforts.Provide insights on claims and nutrition composition based on competitor analysis.5.Additional Tasks:Support with reviewing and approving ingredients/recipes/labels in the product Life cycle management system.Support the Regulatory Affairs and Nutrition Science Manager with other tasks as neededThis list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be added as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.The successful candidate will have :Previous experience in a Regulatory Affairs role or similar.Strong understanding of legal food labelling requirements for the UK and Europe, including provision of food information to consumers.Experience in accurately approving product artwork.Ability to challenge and advise the business on product labelling requirements.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Driven by robustness and accuracy of information.Proactive and collaborative, able to build strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues.Independent worker who communicates effectively across different levels of the organisationThe possibility of speaking French or another European language would be a benefit.This role can be primarily remote, with occasional requirements to come into the London office as needed.Don't hesitate to reach out if there's any question !
