Regulatory Compliance Analyst (12 Month FTC)

p Coopman Search & Selection are excited to be working with this leading FX firm as they look for maternity cover on a 12 month FTC to fit straight into their Regulatory Compliance team. /p p br br Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience. br /p p Key Responsibilities: /p ul li Deliver advice to the Front Office and handle any compliance related queries coming from the first line /li li Executing on the firm's monitoring programme, identifying any breaches of policy or regulation /li li Support the regulatory compliance team on project related work /li li Maintaining a high level of record keeping with core compliance activities- G&E, PADs, OBIs etc. /li li Assisting the Regulatory Compliance Manager with MI reports and helping to delivery training to the business where necessary /li li Promote a culture of conduct and compliance throughout the organisation /li /ul p br /p p Experience Required: /p ul li Previous experience of working in a similarly structured FX brokerage or Investment firm /li li Proven track record of being able to deliver timely advice to the business, whilst continuously working on BAU activities /li li Strong knowledge of FCA regulations along with MiFID II, MiFIR & EMIR /li li Understanding of the regulatory landscape for firms operating in the FX and Payments space /li li Working knowledge of derivatives /li li Ability to hit the ground running, with this role being a contract and being able to work autonomously with minimal supervision /li /ul p br /p p This role is perfect for somebody with a good few years of generalist regulatory compliance experience under their belts. Unfortunately, this role doesn't have any Financial Crime aspects to it so KYC/AML experience wouldn't be relevant.
