We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join a leading FX company, located in the heart of London. Your Role Will Involve:
Enhancing monitoring and surveillance programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
Developing relationships with the front office to deepen their understanding of regulatory obligations.
Leading compliance reviews and monitoring plans to ensure the effectiveness of controls.
Delivering engaging compliance training sessions and providing daily advisory support.
Influencing policy development and ensuring procedural alignment with best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in regulatory compliance within the financial industry.
A solid understanding of FCA Regulations, PSR, MiFID II, MAR, EMIR, etc.
Analytical skills to identify and address complex regulatory issues.
Excellent communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
A detail-oriented approach to management information reporting.
