We aim to grow our advisory business significantly over the next year and are looking for individuals who are experts in their fields.Open Positions: Advisory DirectorPrincipal ConsultantSenior ConsultantConsultant We anticipate hiring 8-10 people for these roles within the next year.Ideal Candidate Profile: Personality and Expertise: We are looking for candidates with the perfect blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, challenge and support them appropriately, and provide insightful, actionable advice.Experience in Risk and Compliance: Candidates should have substantial experience in risk and compliance, particularly in the lending and wealth sectors. A deep understanding of the FCA agenda and how to operationalize it to support governance and complaints straddling compliance operating models is essential.Consulting Experience: Previous experience as a consultant is highly beneficial. We prefer candidates who have diversified their experience rather than those who have been in the same role or industry for extended periods.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in applying regulatory frameworks such as the Consumer Credit sourcebook (CONC) and the Conduct of Business sourcebook (COBS) in the wealth management sector is crucial.Adaptability: The ability to adapt onboarding processes for different types of firms (wealth vs. retail lending) is important.
