Rehabilitation Support Worker

A specialist case management and rehabilitation company are looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with one of the Male clients with an acquired brain injury in his home and the community supporting him with social and leisure activities.

As Rehabilitation Support Worker you will be working with one the Male clients, things he likes and requires assistance with are:
Gardening and tinkering with his garden ornaments.
Attending Headway and other social events.
He is keen to start accessing other activities in the area and uses the bus for most travel needs, so good knowledge of bus routes would be preferable.
