Assisting the Head of Outwards Reinsurance with daily reporting and processing of our outwards reinsurance function, as well as assisting senior management with reinsurance placements and the recovery of reinsurance claims, are the duties of the Outwards Reinsurance Analyst.
Responsibilities
• To produce MI Reports of all outgoing RI contracts / transactions, including both premiums and claims;
• To oversee the ORI processing at S1856, including: Collating all ORI placements (XoL, Proportional, Quota Share, and Facultative) and ensuring these are recorded into the ORI system in a timely manner
• Oversee ORI aged debt, RI security, and counterparty limit management in the MI reporting packs.
• Oversee the ORI recovery procedures, such as processing release statements, trust agreements, and contracts with all pertinent parties, as well as collateral reinsurance management of ORI releases and withdrawals.
• Communicate with custodians, brokers, and LOC providers to handle top-ups and releases of collateral.
The role is based in Central London working 3 days a week in the office.
The role is paying up to £69,000 per annum + Benefits.
