Relationship Manager – High Net Worth Investor Clients (Real Estate Finance)

Buckden Partners has been instructed by a leading UK property finance provider (up to c£100m per loan) , to support the search for a new Relationship Manager.This role will support their new online investor platform, which will allows HNW investors access to the high quality loans originated and managed by the client (commercial and residential assets).We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to originate and manage relationships with HNW investor clients.Role Overview: The Relationship Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with HNW investors, providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with a deep understanding of the property finance market and a proven track record in managing HNW clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.Qualifications and Experience:Several years experience in relationship management or business development within the HNW space.Proven track record of success in managing relationships with HNW clients.Extensive network of contacts within the property market and HNW investor community.Strong understanding of property finance products.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
