Relationship Manager - Commercial FinanceOur client are an established, leading, commercial finance provider into the UK SME and Corporate markets. They have a flexible and expansive range of products. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an excellent Relationship Manager to look after a portfolio of prAccountants within the commercial and corporate space across London. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building relationships with clients to understand their objectives and challenges to add value, monitoring and reviewing ongoing progress of existing facilities and ensuring any drawdowns are assessed and processed.Responsibilities:Build relationships with existing portfolio of Accountancy clients and act as the Relationship Manager including regular update, visits and contactMonitor and assess outstanding loan terms and conditions, building a programme & budget, sales and exit strategyIdentify opportunities for additional lending and provide initial assessmentReview applications for additional funding for existing customersAct as a high level point of contact for customers with issues or concernsRequirements:Previous experience working with SME clients as a Relationship Manager in banking or for an independent lenderStrong relationship management skillsUnderstanding of credit although will be supported by internal Credit teamAbility to driveWhy you should apply:Established, leading Property Finance lender Autonomy in role Fantastic basic salary, car and commission structure
