You will support the delivery of R&M projects to schedule, quality and budget, whilst meeting client and corporate expectations.A few of our employee benefits are:Flexible working hours considered and hybrid working where possible12pm finish every Friday25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), increasing with long service and with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 daysPrivate medical insurance with optional family coverPension scheme of up to 7% employer contributionLife Assurance 4x salary (flexible up to 10x)Group income protectionFlexible opt-in extras such as a health care cash plan, dental insurance, gym membership, critical illness cover and cycle to work schemeEmployee assistance program providing mental health and wellbeing supportWhat the role will involveThe responsibilities of your role will include the following:Perform quantitative/qualitative reliability analyses and produce the associated technical reports.Actively engage with system design engineers in the development of new designs/configurations.Support the system and equipment design teams ensuring designs meet reliability objectives.You will be involved in system and equipment architecture development for safety and reliability critical systems.You will provide R&M support to assigned projects and opportunities.Identify RMA shortfalls in system level analysis/design and equipment level predictions as applicable.Participate in system/element design reviews, presentations, and meetings with customer and with other contractors.Liaise with clients and other technical disciplines within the company on R&M issues.What you'll bringBachelors degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering; math; physics; computer science; or equivalent degree.It is desirable that you have m embership and active involvement with appropriate R&M organisations is encouraged (e.g. Safety and Reliability Society).Familiarity with PTC Windchill reliability suite tools is desirableImportant to knowDue to the nature of our work many our roles require a UK nationality and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
