Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a Children's Day Nursery in Salisbury and we are looking for a relief chef to cover holiday in August and September.

Rate of pay: £17 to £18 per hour

What's involved?

• As the Relief Chef you will be cooking lunch and tea for 80 - 100 children and staff.
• As the only chef in the kitchen, you must be happy to work on your own, have great organisation and time management skills.
• You must have a good understanding of stock rotation, health and safety, risk assessment, COSHH and all kitchen management
• Day time hours - no evenings

• You will need:

• An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
• Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
• To have had experience as a chef within a Education environment.
