Role: Relief Chef
Location: Kirdford, West Sussex
Salary / Rate of pay: £18.00p/h

Platinum Recruitment is working with this beautiful award winning Gastro Pub. The kitchen is headed up a well established chef who is looking for someone to help him out for the next few weeks. This role is on a temporary basis but you must have had previous 2AA rosette experience.

What's involved?

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
• Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
• Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
