£19:00 - £ 21:00 per hour - Self Employed

We are recruiting for Relief Chef in various locations.

What we are looking for:
Creative and experienced relief chef
Knowledge of British produce and high quality cuisine
Passion for Food and Customer Service
Capable of running your own section, leading a team
Previous experience as Chef de Partie
Own transport an advantage
We require all staff to be trained to at least Senior Chef de Partie level and hold NVQ level 2 certificates or the equivalent, and an up-to-date food hygiene certificate. You will also be expected to have your own Chef uniform and knives and insurance.
