This role would suit a Turn around/Relief Manager�that is passionate about care.�You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred�care in line with CIW�regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.

The Candidate� �� ��

The successful candidate must show a strong understanding of CIW�criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CIW�reports.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful remit. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.
