Remote Clinical Pharmacist

I am working with a Primary Care provider that are looking for an Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist up to full time hours, they are able to offer a minimum of 3 days per week on an initial 2-3 month contract with the possibility of this being extended.This role is offered on a fully remote basis, you are not required to work onsite or cover any minor illness clinics.Remote Clinical Pharmacist using System Oneup to 37.5 hours per weekDuties to include but not limited to: Med Reviews, SMRs, audits, queries and med managementsCPPE Pathway - completed or enrolledIf you are interested in this role please apply and submit CV or reach out to me on ##### / 020 ##### #####.
