Job Title: Renewable Energy Sales ConsultantReporting To: Sales ManagerCompany Overview: We are working with a premier consultancy, design, and installation team specializing in the solar panel renewable energy industry. Our client has been a leader in the Kent & Southeast region, providing high-quality services in both commercial and residential sectors. They continually grow and evolve to meet the demands of a changing world, offering innovative and sustainable energy solutions.Job Purpose: As a Renewable Energy Sales Consultant, you will provide domestic clients with cost-effective, high-quality solutions for their future energy needs. Leads are generated in-house and pre-vetted by the office team, ensuring a consultative sales approach based on trust and technical knowledge, without the need for cold calling or canvassing.Responsibilities: Attend scheduled appointments with potential clients.Establish customer requirements through effective communication.Conduct site surveys and create initial system designs.Close sales to secure business and manage your own sales pipeline.Generate customer quotes using a bespoke CRM system (technical training provided).Achieve monthly sales targets. Skills: Proven experience in face-to-face direct/field sales is essential.Target-driven and enthusiastic with a professional and articulate demeanor.Self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a small team.Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.Proficient in using Word and Excel (training provided for bespoke CRM system).Full, clean UK Driving Licence.Ability to acquire and utilize technical knowledge effectively. Desirable Skills: Experience in solar PV, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging.Experience in conducting construction surveys.Electrical knowledge.
