Job description p The Role: /p p As an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Installer, your core responsibilities involve the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air source heat pump systems in domestic dwellings. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) principles, refrigeration cycles, and the specific mechanics of heat pump systems to ensure efficient and environmentally friendly heating and cooling solutions. Key tasks include conducting thorough site assessments to identify the most suitable locations and configurations for ASHP units, accurately installing and connecting the system components to existing heating and electrical infrastructure, and calibrating systems for optimal performance. /p p Additionally, you are expected to provide comprehensive guidance to clients on the operation and maintenance of their ASHP systems, adhere strictly to safety and building codes, and stay informed about the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
