Location: Inverness Airport

Employment Type: Temporary

Working Shift Patterns: Varied across the calendar week (Includes a mix of midweek and weekend work)

Working Hours: 6am – 10pm (Mix of 8,10 or 12 hour shifts)

Salary: £12.50ph (Weekly pay)

We are representing an industry leading Car Rental company, who have over 10,000 branches worldwide and are one of largest transportation companies in the world. They are actively onboarding suitable candidates to complement their customer service team at one of their flagship branches based at Inverness Airport. Our client prides themselves on offering an unparalleled customer service experience and are looking to strengthen their team whilst maintaining their standards and business ethics

Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to come and join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to customers whenthey are returning their rental vehicle. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers on arrival, conducting vehicle checks and delivering a prompt and customer-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with the return of their vehicle
  • Conduct final vehicle checks and inspections (Checking mileage, damage, faults etc)
  • Ensure any new damage, defects and faults are recorded correctly
  • Register the car as returned and available for rental
  • General customer service duties

Requirements:


  • Full UK manual driving licence (Preferred but not essential)
  • Able to provide a clear basic DBS
  • Competent using a variety of computer systems
  • Face to face customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, car rental etc)
  • Able to work a mix of early and late shifts including weekends

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Admin and computer skills
  • Able to adapt to fast paced and challenging situations
