Repair Manager - West Midlands - 12 Month - £550 p/d - Hybrid

A local Authority is looking for a Repairs manager to join they're team on an interim basis in the west midlands' region, in this role you will be working with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within time constraints and budgets.

Description:

• Overseeing responsive repairs and void projects for the local authority properties across the west midland's region
• Managing a team of multiskilled operatives to deliver high quality repairs within strict time constraints.
• Oversee project management ensuring completion within budgets.
• Manage resources to optimise the efficiency of the local authority

1. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Candidate must haves:

• Previous and recent Local authority or Housing association experience with repairs and maintenance management or surveying
• Problem solving mentality.
• In depth understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
• Valid driving license
• In depth operational experience with contractors and projects
