We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer in the Bristol area.

Main Duties:

\n
• \nMaximize and generate client quotations based on service visits, callouts, and insurance reports.
\n
• \nGenerate minor and major repair quotes, including modernizations.
\n
• \nFollow-up on client quotes and manage expectations.
\n
• \nLiaise with customers to ensure satisfaction during the quotation process.
\n
• \nProcess orders and manage stage payments using the in-house maintenance system.
\n
• \nOrder parts within the given budget and timeframe.
\n
• \nCollaborate with engineers to ensure accurate quotes.
\n
• \nMonitor workload to meet monthly targets.
\n
• \nProcess timesheets in the absence of the Regional Manager.
\n

Person Specification:

\n
• \nExperience in managing high volumes of communication.
\n
• \nConfident communication via telephone and email (especially with Outlook).
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
\n
• Experience in quoting based on insurance reports.
\n
• Preferred experience in the lift industry, or relevant engineering background (training provided).
\n
• \nStrong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
\n
