Responsive Repairs Team Leader
- Annual Salary: �43,022 - �45,111 (plus �1,000 car allowance and excellent benefits)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for three Responsive Repairs Team Leaders to join our client's expanding repairs service. The successful candidates will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high productivity and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.
Day to Day of the role:
- Lead and manage a team of trade professionals, collaborating closely with repairs planners.
- Drive the team to reduce customer lead times and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage a varied workload, including responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues related to materials and transportation.
- Prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic setting, ensuring the smooth operation of the repairs service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant construction industry supervisory experience.
- Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- BTEC/HNC in Building Studies is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to work towards the attainment of BTEC/HNC if not already qualified.
- Experinece within Residential property maintenance
