Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join an organisation to support the delivery of maintenance service including repairs, voids, planned and cyclical works.

\n

\n

Responsibilities of the Repairs Surveyor:

\n

\n
• Carry out void inspections
\n
• Deliver a local minor adaptions service
\n
• Support the achievement of key performance targets in the region
\n
• Ensure contracts are delivered in line with current health and safety legislation
\n
• Act as primary contact for the out of hours service on a rota basis for emergency call service
\n
• Ensure contractors work is delivered in line with CDM regulations
\n
• Attend scheme meetings
\n

\n

Essential Experience of the Repairs Surveyor:

\n

\n
• HNC in Construction or Building
\n
• 5 years' experience within Property Maintenance
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Able to work flexible hours, including evening meetings and occasional overnight stays
\n
