They are seeking an innovative R&D Engineer to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to completion—designing, prototyping, and optimising advanced electro-mechanical solutions for industrial applications.
The Role

• Research and develop new automation and machinery technologies
\n
• Design precision-engineered components and electrical schematics using 2D & 3D CAD
\n
• Build and test automated manufacturing systems and prototypes
\n
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
\n
• Collaborate with teams across R&D, production, sales, and service
\n
• Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement
\n
• Occasional global travel to oversee implementations
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering
\n
• Experience with industrial machinery, automated systems, or process engineering
\n
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for detailed design
\n
• PLC programming knowledge (advantageous)
\n
• A problem-solver who thrives in hands-on R&D environments
