This team is at the forefront of leveraging data-driven insights to make strategic investment decisions.Role Overview: As a Research and Investment Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex financial data to support our investment strategies. You will have exceptional experience with SQL and Python, enabling you to extract, manipulate, and analyse data efficiently. Data Management experience for this role is key. Key Responsibilities:Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for investment strategies.Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to support data analysis and reporting.Conduct data quality checks and debugging to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.Collaborate with team members to enhance data governance and data quality practices.Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL and Python.Strong background in Financial Services, with experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, financial services-focused vendors, consultancy, or regulatory professional services.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insightsExperience in debugging and conducting data quality checks.Appreciation of data governance and data quality principles.Willingness to work in the office 2 days per week.What They Offer:Competitive salary up to £90,000 per annum.Performance-based bonus of up to 10%.Opportunity to work with a leading large-cap fund.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Application Process: Please do apply now if you are interested in this exciting position and feel free to email your CV to #####
