With the flexibility of permanently working from home, you can achieve a perfect work-life balance while engaging in meaningful work.The Day-to-DayAs a Research Manager or Senior Research Manager for this maternity cover role, you’ll lead end-to-end project management of varied research programmes. Your responsibilities will include:Designing and executing research studies, from crafting questionnaires to conducting interviews.Analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.Collaborating closely with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.Managing supplier partners to ensure timely and accurate fieldwork.Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations that turn data into compelling stories.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience within a research agency.Experience in B2B research is a must.Strong experience with quantitative research methods, qualitative methodology experience is a bonus.
