The Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team develops and operates tools, services and platforms such as great.gov.uk that enable the UK government to provide world-leading support to business in the UK and overseas.Our User Researchers are key to helping our teams develop a deep understanding of the people - citizens, businesses, or government - who use our services.Our findings enable multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver better services quickly, with less risk, at a lower cost.We're looking for an ambitious person working within the Research Operations team to support User Researchers across the departments to deliver high quality and efficient research.This is an important and exciting time to join Research Operations. You'll help to create, build, and develop the user research profession.
