As Reservation Agent , you will be responsible for handling phone calls and delivering on excellent customer service in line with our brand standards. You will be responsible for booking, converting and dealing with day to day guest queries via the telephone.
This role is located in Londons Fitzrovia, our central hub, sees a collection of diverse expertise and backgrounds come together where new challenges and successes are shared each day. We are the UKs fastest growing restaurant group; our expansion is rooted from the success of our people.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Dealing professionally and helpfully with guests over the telephone and live chat with expected brand quality and standards.

To meet expected KPIs and conversion targets set by management.

Taking and inputting reservations accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining a professional and positive work ethic. Delivering excellent guest service on the phone to all guests.

Achieving monthly targets set by the business.

Confirming reservations accurately and efficiently.

Dealing with multiple restaurants as assigned by manager.

Maintaining knowledge of sites, offerings, and company values.

Being positive and responsive to any guests requests.

Informing supervisors and managers of any complaints/ comments/ perceived issues from guests and deal with where...
