We are recruiting for several Customer Service/Call Centre Agents/Reservation Agent within our Head Office in Exeter and looking forward to you joining the Thrifty family.
No prior experience necessary, full on the job training and development will be given.
This role is Office based, working 40 hours per week.
Customer service and administrative roles are at the core of our business. You will be a valued member of a team providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our branches and customers. Creating an exceptional experience for customers, whilst building trusting relationships and handling queries with confidence.

Your responsibilities
To provide all Thrifty customers with a dedicated vehicle hire reservation service
Professionally representing Thrifty Car and Van Rental, maintaining excellent relationships with all customers, Thrifty locations and sub-contractors
To process data accurately using a variety of systems
Answer calls and promptly resolve any requests or queries to the customer's satisfaction
