Resident Liaison officer - Hackney London
12 month contract position, possible for extension likely
Must have driving license and access to own vehicle.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work with our leading main contractor in the social housing sector, operating on a planned maintenance project in Hackney East London. Based sites across Hackney you will be a vital link between the site team, residents, and clients. You will be working on an planned maintenance social housing project, so prior knowledge of this is required.
The role of Resident Liaison officer is to successfully facilitate communication between the site team, client and the residents, both verbally and in writing, to establish positive relationships. The primary objective is to ensure that all parties are kept informed of the required works, allowing the maintenance and construction work to be carried out with ease, as well as fielding any queries or complaints from the residents.
