What you'll do:

• Support and nurture: Forge positive relationships with children and their families, working within a therapeutic model.
• Contribute to care plans: Develop and implement individual care plans to help children reach their full potential.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other professionals and contribute to the overall success of the home.
• Grow your skills: Participate in training programs and pursue career progression.

What you'll need:

• Previous residential childcare experience
• Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce (desirable)
• Valid full UK driving license
• Commitment to working shifts and sleep-ins
