What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing 24-hour care and support in a nurturing and safe environment.
• Delivering individual care, assisting with daily routines, and promoting positive interactions.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

What We Need From You:

• Experience working in a residential setting with children.
• Genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility in roles and responsibilities.
• A valid driving license (required).

About the Role:

• Part-time and full-time shifts available.
• Book shifts through our app or with your dedicated consultant.
• Competitive pay rates up to �18/hour.
