Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: South West, REMOTE AVAILABLE
Salary: Circa £40K - £55K DOE & PQE

THE FIRM:
Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their highly reputable well established team. Remote working is available for candidates who are experience din residential conveyancing and are able to work independently without supervision. They have offices across the south west which you have the option to work in if preferred.

DAY TO DAY
* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:
* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
* Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
* Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
* Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager

EXPERIENCE:
* Ideally 3 years post qualified solicitor or equivalent or Licensed Conveyancer in Residential Property Conveyancing
* Solid background of billing within residential conveyancing
* Motivated and driven
* Organised
* Personable
