Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on residential property transactions, including the buying and selling of houses, drafting contracts, lock-out agreements, and property transfers.
Handling re-mortgages and equity release transactions.
Providing guidance on shared ownership sales, purchases, and lease extensions.
