Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A highly regarded Lichfield based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced�Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor�to join their leading and award winning property team.

This role will offer you a varied caseload including dealing with sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

Location�- Lichfield�

Hours�- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm�

Salary�- �30,000 - �45,000

The Role

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion


• Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner


• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders


• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers


• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
