Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal looking for a new opportunity in a well-established law firm? Our client, based in Fulham, is seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 2 years' of conveyancing experience to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role:

\n

As a Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal, you will provide essential support to fee earners, ensuring smooth case progression from instruction to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
✅ Handling client and third-party communications
✅ Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulations
✅ Conducting Land Registry searches and dealing with SDLT submissions
✅ Assisting with administrative tasks to support the conveyancing team

About You:

✔️ Minimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
✔️ Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
✔️ A team player with a proactive and professional approach
