Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner

A Regional Law firm based in Harrogate are looking for a residential conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their growing department.

You will be responsible for managing a full caseload from instruction to legal completion, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships and working effectively as part of a team. Also credit control on own matters, with the guidance and support from the Credit Control/Accounts team.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in:

• Leading and managing a caseload of new residential conveyancing matters including but not limited to sales, purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, re-mortgages, new builds and shared ownership

• Growing our outstanding residential property reputation within the local area

• Developing long lasting professional relationships with our clients, other solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors and businesses as part of the conveyancing process

• Supervising, developing, and mentoring our team, sharing your knowledge to help others grow and reach their full potential

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property solicitor/fee earner equivalent to have an invaluable role in the expansion and development of the firm, who already have a strong reputation in the market.
