Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Position : In-House Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Salary : Up to £75,000 Work Pattern : Fully Remote OR Hybrid Employment: Full Time PQE : 3 years Overview : You will be responsible for managing a paralegal, overseeing a substantial caseload, and ensuring efficient and timely completion of residential property transactions. The caseload is around 60 files at any given time and you would look to settle a minimum of 35 transactions per month. Other Duties: Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Conducting thorough due diligence, including title investigations and searches. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
