A Residential Deputy Manager is required to lead and develop a leading medium sized residential home in Darlington.

Details of this Residential Deputy Manager position and what our client is offering the successful candidate:

• A permanent, full-time contract working 40 hours per week
• Supernumerary hours included
• A fantastic hourly salary of �13.50, which is the equivalent to �28,080 per annum

As Deputy Manager you will provide specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

What the home is looking for in a Residential Deputy Manager:

• Must have supervisory experience and hold level 3 health and social care
• A strong leader, who can motivate, lead, and support clinical and non-clinical staff
• Financially aware, and able to manage budgets
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK residential home setting
