Are you a talented Residential Property Real Estate Solicitor looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leading national residential development team, is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join their team in Bristol.

About the Role:

As part of our client's National Team, you will have the chance to work on a wide variety of projects. From brownfield site regeneration schemes to urban extensions and the development of new housing neighbourhoods, you will be involved in all aspects of acquisition, development, and disposals. This role will require drafting and negotiating contracts, carrying out due diligence, and providing clients with tailored legal advice that aligns with their commercial objectives. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with solicitors from other disciplines, such as planners, construction, corporate, tax, and property finance lawyers.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the National Team on diverse projects
• Draft and negotiate contracts for acquisition, development, and disposals
• Conduct and oversee due diligence procedures
• Provide clients with focused legal advice
• Communicate directly with clients, building strong relationships
• Support business development initiatives
• Collaborate on writing articles and client updates
• Comply with firm protocols, financial management requirements, and data protection regulations

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 0-3 years of PQE in Real Estate
• Strong educational background with at least a 2:1 in a Law-related degree
• Excellent technical skills and ability to navigate complex issues
• Commercial mindset with a strong client focus
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple Real Estate matters concurrently
