Salary Guide: �28,000 - �35,000

We are currently seeking experienced Residential Property Fee Earners with at least 2-3 years of file handling experience to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in the Mansfield area, Nottinghamshire.

What We're Looking For:
* 2-3 years of file handling experience in residential property, including managing a caseload from start to finish.
* A proactive, professional approach to managing clients and their needs throughout the conveyancing process.
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and an ability to handle transactions smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are fully informed.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Experience of using case management systems and a keen eye for detail.
