Residential Property NQ Solicitor – Midlands

A rare opportunity for a Residential Property NQ has arisen with a leading Midlands law firm. Our client is a multi-site full-service law firm, with a well-recognised property department. Directories-listed, the firm provides legal services to both private and commercial clients. With continued new instructions, the residential team wish to appoint a Solicitor into the team. They will consider candidates who are newly qualified to 2 PQE, who have a passion for residential property. Ideally, candidates will have gained residential property experience from at least a seat during their training contract, or have worked as a paralegal in the discipline, for example. However, training will be given and the role will be fully supervised. The role will work within a large supportive team, that operates out of several of the firms offices. The successful candidate will be invited to undertake business development and marketing opportunities on behalf of the firm.
